Conservatory Conversion (SIPs Building) – Warrington April 2022

From the initial conversation with Nick to Andy and the team turning up the process was pretty painless.
This was my first big project and I was weary of choosing as you hear some eye watering stories of other companies !!
I had an old conservatory , and wanted a single story extension and RSJ with rear wall removed i.e open plan downstairs .
I wanted SIP panels to give me maximum width being a middle terraced , PCL fitted the bill.
PCL came up with a couple of suggestions to my ideas and a couple I hadn’t thought of all of which enhanced the end result .
There was a unforeseen delay to finishing but no fault of the company who were a pleasure to deal with ,small changes were dealt with and the team arrived promptly each day and completed the work to a good standard .
Basically a pleasure to deal with , and a credit to the industry when all you tend to hear about are the cowboys ….
