The benefits of garden rooms in Cheshire
Garden rooms have so many benefits that you will wonder how you managed without one.
The benefits of our garden rooms include:
Provision of valuable extra space
Our clients use their bespoke garden rooms for a wide variety of purposes. They are frequently created to be used as a garden office but games rooms, play rooms, hobby rooms and home gyms are also popular. Being surrounded by nature in a garden is an ideal spot for a yoga studio or meditation space.
The garden room’s suitability for year-round use means that it can provide extra living space for adult children or elderly relatives or guest accommodation.
All year-round use
Our contemporary garden rooms can be used in all weather as they are fully insulated with double glazing. They are constructed using SIPs which have a core of foam with a high level of thermal performance. SIP constructions are extremely airtight without any leaks or draughts.
Speedy construction
The SIPs are pre-cut to the required size and shape in our factory before being delivered to your garden. This makes for speedy construction. Your garden room can be assembled and airtight in a few days without the weeks of disruption that more conventional building projects can entail.
Once you have added the finishing touches of decorations and soft furnishings, you will be able to move in.
Controllable budget
We can give our customers a final price for their garden room in Cheshire before assembly work begins because the panels that form the garden room are prepared and carefully quality-checked in our factory before delivery.
This means that the build is a predictable process with no hidden costs.
Sustainability
Our garden rooms in Cheshire are a sustainable and environmentally responsible choice for a variety of reasons.
- Super-insulated so require less energy to heat than timber-framed structures
- The wood used is sourced from forests managed by the Forest Stewardship Council
- The fabrication method creates little waste material
- Lightweight, so transportation and delivery require less fuel
Versatility of design
The panels that form our garden rooms can be cut to almost any size and shape, giving you free rein to implement all your design ideas.

About Cheshire
Cheshire is a ceremonial county in the northwest of the UK that stretches from the foothills of the Pennines in the East to the estuary of the River Dee in the West. The central part of the county largely comprises the Cheshire Plain, a flat area renowned for dairy farming. The area is also known for its chemical industry.
The county and its residents have made a large contribution to the culture of the UK. Actors Daniel Craig, Tim Curry, and Pete Postlethwaite were born in the county as was comedian John Bishop.
Although an ancient county in itself, the area was reorganised for administrative purposes in 2009. The area now comprises four local authorities: Cheshire West and Chester, Halton, Warrington and Cheshire East.
